I believe that every student can achieve academic success, and I work around the clock to ensure that my pupils have the best tools and techniques to succeed. I enjoy helping them overcome hurdles in their academic and personal lives that they once thought were impossible. I have a substantial amount of experience educating children with disabilities. In fact, I have a Bachelor's in Arts in Psychology with a minor in Special Education. Additionally, I earned my Master of Arts in Counseling. I currently reside in the Dallas- Fort Worth area. My professional experience includes over twenty years dedicated to helping communities with issues that plague them. I also have over ten years of experience as a substitute teacher and numerous years of experience tutoring. While I am able to tutor in many different subjects, my favorites include study strategies, writing, and reading. When I am not in the classroom, you can find me traveling the country and participating in many community projects. I also love to volunteer my time to many different organizations. For a more relaxed day, you will find me knitting and watching Netflix. I am passionate about helping people and look forward to meeting you or your child.
